Your responsibilities will include planning finished goods production and material planning, or working within the long-term planning team. Your specific role within our Supply Planning organization will depend on current openings and your interview assessment. You will be responsible for production planning of SKUs on designated manufacturing assets, conducting mid- and long-term planning, including finite scheduling. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with plant operations, suppliers, and demand teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational execution.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Develop short- and long-term supply chain plans for internally and externally produced items.
• Achieve KPIs such as customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous planning improvements.
• Maintain data integrity in supply planning systems.
• Deliver master and detailed schedules, long-range plans (including capacity considerations), and material requirement plans using system tools.
• Support and implement planning improvements to enhance customer fill rate, inventory levels, and waste reduction.

What you will bring

A desire to develop your career along with the following experience and knowledge:

• Experience in FMCG/CPG, preferably in food or fast-moving industries with shelf life constraints.
• Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with daily collaboration across functions.

More about this role

Job specific requirements:

• Operational management experience in supply/demand planning or ISC.
• Experience in an international environment (preferred).
• Experience with Integrated Business Planning (preferred).
• Experience within FMCG (preferred).
