• Operate, setup, and report on bottle supply chain equipment.

Job Description

We're recruiting for a Supply Operative Level 2 to join the Blow Moulding Department at our Bellshill Dairy. The role involves operating bottle supply equipment and achieving performance standards.

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £29,736 per annum

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights, 7 days

Location: Bellshill

Responsibilities:

1. Operation, setup, and reporting of bottle supply chain and de-bagging machines.
2. Accurate completion of bottle supply traceability sheets.
3. Control of waste, reprocessing, and baler use.
4. Adherence to machine operating procedures.
5. Drive machine performance to reduce waste costs.
6. Set up supply lines and changeovers to minimize downtime.
7. Fault finding on de-bagging equipment.
8. Assist colleagues with bottlenecks and basic problem solving.
9. Adapt to changing priorities based on customer requirements.
10. Perform safety checks on machinery.
11. Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards, aiming for Grade A self-audit.
12. Complete relevant documentation and log books.
13. Report and record supply performance.

Müller Responsibilities

1. Meet output requirements set by the shift manager.
2. Operate equipment safely to meet quality standards.
3. Reduce waste costs through performance improvements.
4. Maintain a customer-focused approach internally and externally.
5. Assist with bottlenecks and problem solving.
6. Ensure the work area is clean and tidy.
7. Perform advanced cleaning duties.
