We are recruiting Supply/Warehouse Operatives

We are currently recruiting Supply Operatives/Warehouse Operatives to join the Blow Moulding Department at our Manchester facility.

The purpose of this role is to operate Bottle Supply equipment efficiently and effectively to achieve required standards of performance, including moving and handling stock, plus loading/unloading trailers, while ensuring all health and safety, quality, hygiene, and housekeeping standards are maintained.

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £26,936.25 per annum

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - 2 days and 2 nights (7-7)

Location: Manchester

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and set up bottle supply chain equipment, reporting as necessary.
2. Effectively set up and operate de-bagging machines (manual and auto).
3. Control bottle supply conveying systems, including changeovers.
4. Complete traceability sheets accurately for the entire bottle supply chain.
5. Manage bottle and film waste.
6. Load and unload trailers for stock movement, following proper formats.
7. Report and record activities throughout the bottle supply chain.
8. Operate bottle manufacturing lines safely.
9. Follow all start-up and shutdown procedures thoroughly.
10. Perform all machine safety checks.
11. Set up supply lines and manage changeovers to minimize downtime.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Experience with audits.
2. Experience working with stakeholders.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
