Position Summary

You will be joining the SCM team for the Display division. We are very proud that the SCM team plays a key role in Samsung's global operations. Our goal is to improve and execute operations to high standards, integrating and coordinating functions, activities, transactions, and people across the entire value chain—from suppliers to manufacturers, distributors, and end users.

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities:

1. Leading S&OP meetings with key stakeholders
2. Managing accurate demand forecasts for the upcoming 6 months
3. Handling stock allocation to orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials
4. Identifying problems in current operations, setting improvement plans and performance targets, and monitoring progress
5. Continuously improving operational efficiency and excellence
6. Performing KPI performance analysis such as forecast accuracy, sell-out forecasts, WOS, and inventory management
7. Analyzing market size, sales trends, inventory in the channel, and business opportunities, then translating this analysis into demand planning
8. Producing and analyzing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales projections
9. Providing regular updates to customers regarding back orders and delivery schedules
10. Handling business development, seeding unit orders, and delivery

1. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel)
2. Experience in SAP is desirable
3. Ability to analyze data and articulate trends and issues
4. Strong organizational and communication skills
5. Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal and external teams
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
7. A hard-working, motivated, proactive individual
