Qualifications

• Valid WA MR Class driver’s license is essential.
• SAP System experience is essential.
• A current forklift licence is required.
• Proven experience within the Mining Industry or a large industrial warehouse.
• Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels of critical spares to ensure availability.
• Liaise with transport contractor for timely delivery of goods.
• Receive, unload, unpack, and check quantities against purchase orders.
• Store inventory in a way that they can be easily located.
• Ensure deliveries are sent to the correct locations by required dates.

Job description

Role Details:

Reporting to the Supply Supervisor at St Ives, you will be responsible for providing issues, receipts and transport of goods to meet site customer requirements ensuring a high level of customer focus. The role will also be responsible for ensuring the Companies inventory assets are stored correctly to minimise damage, risk and in line with mandatory Regulations and Standards.

This role is offered as residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie on 8 days on 6 days off roster. This roster is days only, but must be willing to work night shift as required.

About the role:

·Minimise the potential of mining and processing downtime by proactively managing stock levels of critical spares and consumables to ensure availability when required;

·Liaise with St Ives transport contractor for the timely delivery of all goods to the St Ives site;

·Receive, unload, unpack, and check quantities against purchase orders for accuracy.

·Store inventory received within the warehouse in a manner that they can be easily located in the future using the correct bin locations within the SAP system.

·Ensure all direct charge receivables are delivered to the correct location nominated on the purchase order by the date required.

About you:
