Role Summary

The Supply & Logistics Co-ordinator will support global end-to-end supply chain activities. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role provides key administrative support and coordination across purchasing, material logistics, and stock management. You\'ll collaborate closely with the procurement planner, production manager, and warehouse manager to deliver day-to-day administration, analytics, and reporting from the supply chain system. This includes coordinating inbound freight, material deliveries, and stock reconciliation. You\'ll also lead investigatory tasks related to purchase/service invoices, supplier credits, goods receipts, and claims—ensuring smooth purchasing and logistics administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement:
    • Administer vendor deliveries aligned with demand planning schedules
    • Resolve invoice issues, NCRs, and vendor queries promptly
    • Create/update purchase orders using the internal ordering system
    • Set up new vendors on the MRP system and liaise with the finance team
    • Support purchasing of consumables and Kanban-related goods
    • Expedite orders and coordinate with the warehouse team on goods receipt protocols
    • Assist with internal cycle inventory counts to ensure accurate stock visibility
  • Transport & Logistics:
    • Keep internal stakeholders informed of lead times and supply chain issues
    • Recommend and implement improvements to inbound/outbound transport processes
    • Liaise with freight forwarders for quotes, orders, and supplier communications
    • Support logistics admin tasks including tax, duties, commodity codes, and international 3PL coordination
