Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Supply Lead for our Support Office Supply team in Nottingham on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026. You will drive delivery and implementation of supply unit plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with suppliers to improve operational efficiency and KPIs.

You will balance stock with working capital, forecast and set up activities for promotions and range changes, and ensure stock availability for stores and online.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar required.
• Organised, able to work at pace using data to inform decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Process-focused approach.
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement Supply Business unit plans.
• Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and expectations.
