Job Description:

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Supply Lead, Acquisition - Experiences for our client in the travel industry in London.

This is a contract position until the end of the year, paying up to £52.56 per hour PAYE and £69.89 per hour Umbrella.

Language requirements: English and ideally French.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the acquisition of experiences for the platform through research, curation, and sourcing high-quality, in-demand experiences hosted by expert hosts that meet the project's brief. Manage the supply acquisition funnel and work directly with vendors to achieve monthly supply goals globally.
• Report to the Senior Manager, Supply Acquisition – Experiences.
• Oversee supply acquisition projects from planning to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and milestones for successful delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and source new talent and experiences by engaging with potential hosts.
• Maintain accurate project records, circulate weekly updates tracking goals and progress, and create visual presentations and pitches.
• Support teams and projects to bring new supply to the platform with a creative, organized, and passionate approach.

Education and Experience:

• 10+ years in creative development, project management, and supply acquisition within travel, entertainment, or marketing sectors.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related creative fields.
• Deep understanding of travel, entertainment, and hospitality trends, with a keen eye for new experiences and cultural trends. Ability to assess quality and anticipate market shifts.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables while overseeing vendors and acquiring high-quality experiential products.
• Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring, and building trust across creative, technical, and business disciplines.
• Experience working with engineering, product, and data teams.
• Excellent presentation skills, project dashboard management, and CRM system proficiency.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills in fast-changing environments.
