Supply Secondary MFL Teacher (French and/or Spanish) – Brighton Area

Are you a qualified and enthusiastic MFL teacher with a passion for languages and culture? Do you specialise in French, Spanish, or both? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in the Brighton area on a supply basis.

About the Role

We are working with a progressive and inclusive secondary school that places a strong emphasis on language learning and international awareness. As a supply MFL teacher, you will deliver engaging and well-structured French and/or Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students remain on track in their language learning in the absence of their regular teacher.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate linguist who enjoys the flexibility of supply work while maintaining the high standards of a subject specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach French and/or Spanish to secondary students (KS3 and KS4)
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt resources as needed to meet the needs of all learners
  • Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback where appropriate
  • Uphold school behaviour policies and contribute to a respectful and inclusive atmosphere

Pay: Competitive

Hours: 8:30am – 15:30pm

Location: Brighton
