About the role
A high-profile role based out of the Reckitt UK Head Quarters, working within a world-class high performing team and taking full ownership of the Group Supply Chain FP&A activities.
As such we are seeking a commercially minded, pragmatic and enthusiastic Finance Leader who can seamlessly partner with the Global Category, Planning and wider Supply Organisation to unlock value through the development and execution of Manufacturing Strategy; mid-long term Capacity Management; Network Optimization and New Product Development.
Your responsibilities-Leading and supporting global category with the development and deployment of the category manufacturing strategy – 5-year plan.
-Working closely to develop an optimum capacity & capital allocations proposal, streamline network and sourcing, brings innovation to industrialisation.
-Providing financial input, guidance, and business case support though out any of these key stages.
-Ensuring compliance during the business case, sourcing study and recommendations stages as well as follows global templates and OAS approval process. As well as provide loop back feedback to Global Supply on process and template improvement.
-Ensuring recommendations are aligned with all relevant commercial teams and agreed by Area Finance and Supply VP.
-Business partnering the Supply Transformation SVP and works closely with them to provide access to specific financial and non-financial data and KPIs; run bespoke analysis; carries out benchmarking and business case.
-Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or relevant field
-Qualified Accountant
-Commercial Finance experience in FMCG/CPG
-Understanding of Financial Planning, Performance and Reporting
-Supply Finance experience & understanding
