We are looking for a dedicated Early Years-KS2 Supply teacher to join our team within the Worcester area. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting each child's learning journey and creating an environment that promotes personal and academic growth, empowering students to reach their full potential. We work with various schools across Worcester to fill roles that include short-term, long-term, maternity leave, and sickness cover.

Your New Role:

In this role, you'll support each child's development by providing encouragement and guidance in a warm, engaging environment. You will have the flexibility to choose from day-to-day opportunities, short-term placements, or long-term positions in primary schools. As an Early Years supply teacher, you'll deliver lessons based on the EYFS framework, fostering a positive, safe, and well-managed classroom. For KS1 and KS2, you'll deliver core subjects, follow lesson plans, and adapt seamlessly to different school settings. You will also mark work and provide clear handovers for returning teachers to ensure continuity.

What you’ll need to succeed:

You should be a dedicated educator with experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, ready to make a difference. QTS is essential; newly qualified teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply. If you are passionate about creating engaging learning environments, adaptable to various settings, possess good behaviour management skills, and love inspiring young learners, this role is ideal for you.

  • Flexible working options
  • Opportunities to work with your preferred year groups
  • Holiday accrual and optional pension contributions
  • Access to long-term and permanent roles with partner schools
  • Support from a dedicated Hays consultant
