Hays is collaborating with several schools across Redditch that are looking for a dedicated early year KS2 teacher to join their team.

We are seeking passionate Early Years-KS2 supply teachers to be part of our team in the Redditch area. As a supply teacher working through Hays, you will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons to a class of children. You must be happy to follow school behaviour policies and implement these to ensure a safe and secure learning environment. At the end of the day, work should be marked again to school policy and a handover left to ensure a smooth transition for the returning teacher.

What you’ll need to succeed?

To succeed in the new job, you must have experience of teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2 or if you have a preference to year group, please specify. Strong classroom management skills are desirable. You must have QTS to apply for this role. We also accept ECTs. The ideal supply teacher will:
