English Teacher — Part-time or Full-time — Day-to-day, Short-term or Long-term — Secondary schools in Nottingham

Aspire People are excited to start a close collaboration with several secondary schools in Lincoln and we are on a search for experienced English Teachers to join our pool of exceptional educators.

Responsibilities
  • Instruction: Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons to secondary school students.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials in line with the curriculum. Tailor instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Student Engagement: Create an enriching and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students are motivated to participate actively in their learning journey.
  • Assessment and Progress Tracking: Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to analyse data and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Professional Collaboration: Work closely with the English Department to enhance the overall quality of education. Share best practices and innovative teaching techniques with colleagues.
Qualifications
