JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To work as an effective member of an Early Years team assisting in the delivery of a flexible, high-quality learning and childcare service that meets the needs of young children and their families.
  • To apply and adhere to council policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, external policies, and safe practices.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate practices to ensure quality service provision and ongoing improvement.
  • Contribute to service improvements to ensure a value-for-money, customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Ensure that information and advice are communicated clearly, concisely, and accurately through written and verbal means.

REQUIREMENTS

This position involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007.
