Elemis is seeking a Supply/Demand Planner for a 12‑month fixed term contract in Filton, near Bristol. The role alternates between Demand Planning and Supply Planning, supporting the Global Planning team and collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, Supply and QA teams.
You will develop forecasts, manage supplier relations, monitor inventory and drive improvements in planning processes, ensuring product availability and mitigated supply risks.

Supply & Demand Planner - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This is a 12‑month fixed term opportunity to support the Global Planning team by providing cover across both Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
During the first phase of the contract, the successful candidate will provide cover for a Demand Planner developing and maintaining demand forecasts, supporting the S&OP process and working closely with Commercial, Marketing/Sales and Supply teams.
Following this, the role will transition into Supply Planning, managing Supplier relationships, inventory and supply plans to ensure product availability while mitigating supply risks.
