Job Title: Supply Cover Teacher
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Salary: £94 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate or September 2025
Contract: Full-time

As a Supply Cover Teacher, you will step into a variety of classroom settings to maintain learning continuity. With lessons often pre-planned, your focus will be on engaging students, maintaining classroom behaviour, and supporting the school from day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities of Supply Cover Teacher:

• Deliver pre-set lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students across various subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Quickly build rapport with students and staff.
• Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Provide brief feedback on student engagement and progress.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experienced teachers who are looking for flexible work are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Secondary teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Adaptable, proactive, and confident across subjects.
• Holds anEnhanced DBSregistered on theUpdate Serviceor willing to apply for one.
• Provides a full CVcovering the last 10 yearswithexplanations for any gaps.
