Cover Supervisor

FULL & PART TIME ROLES

Mon-Fri 8:30am - 3:30pm

Duties: To oversee classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, supporting the progress of students. The cover supervisor’s main responsibilities include managing classroom behaviour, ensuring students stay on task, demonstrating confidence and a strong classroom presence, and possessing academic knowledge with the ability to think on your feet.

The successful candidate should be capable of supervising whole classes and giving instructions independently to support teaching and learning across the school.

Mainstream secondary school supervising classrooms solo (years 7-11).

Pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
