Description
Ensure availability of finished goods for a range of skus as well as manage the sku creation process.
What Will You Do?
Supply- Manage the supply of a range of skus.
- Partner with Demand Planning to reconcile supply risks and adjust supply plans accordingly
- Communicate with and maintain relationships with suppliers as needed
- Manage and maintain Purchase Orders to ensure they are kept up-to-date.
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to Purchase Order Management.
- Ensure deliveries are booked in, in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the Quality Control team with regards to quality issues and impact on supply.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable to guarantee timely payment of invoices and resolve any invoice variations, promptly.
- Raise non-inventory Purchase Orders via Concur, as required.
Master Data- Manage the central, Global sku creation process, as well as support sku set-up for intercompany partners.
- Analyse and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to sku creation.
- Support Global Planning Team to ensure that all Master Data is maintained and kept up-to-date.
British Airways Account- Own and manage onboard British Airways.
- Ensure Purchase Orders and Sales Orders are raised correctly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure Purchase receipts are transacted in a timely manner.
- Ensure Sales Orders are invoiced in a timely manner.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
The Perfect Candidate
- Good level/standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
- Educated to Degree level or similar level of work experience.
- Ability to use technology tools that facilitate cross-functional collaboration. (Training will be provided.)
- Experience with Excel is preferred
- Motivated to drive business results.
- Previous experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Well-organised and high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of communicating to different levels in the organisation.
- Ability to work within high performing teams and is highly collaborative.
- Focus on both short-term results and long-term goals.
- Experience within FMCG, preferred.
- Self-motivator with the ability to take a pro-active approach.
