Location: Whitehill Service Centre, 4 Inchmuir Road, Whitehill Industrial Estate, Bathgate, EH48 2EP

Salary: £24,889 - £25,302 per year (pro rata)

Contract Type: Supply/Casual/Relief

Responsibilities include assisting the supervisor in providing catering services across the authority's schools, or working independently in adult day care and housing with care units. Duties involve directing staff in the absence of the supervisor, assisting with cooking, baking, serving, and managing stock levels.

This position is considered Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scotland Act 2007. From 28 February 2011, preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check before a formal offer of employment is made by West Lothian Council.
