Job summary

OneOcean is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Senior Manager to lead improvements across the end-to-end order lifecycle, warehouse and inventory, with a hybrid working arrangement in London or Enfield.

You will own the end-to-end processes, define future warehouse strategy and provide data-driven recommendations to align ERP, CRM and operations for sustainable performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain transformation or warehouse transformation.
• Proven ability to improve ERP/WMS processes and data flows.
• Experience managing end-to-end order lifecycle and warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
• Experience delivering change in operational environments.
• Ability to bridge operations, systems and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring efficient, scalable processes.
• Identify and resolve gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and failure points across order management, warehouse, dispatch, inventory and fulfilment.
• Improve data quality, system integration and information flow across ERP, CRM, warehouse and reporting platforms.
• Develop, embed and maintain standardised processes, SOPs, controls, KPIs and performance routines.
• Develop and recommend warehouse and supply chain strategy aligned with ERP development and business needs.
• Build cross-functional alignment to ensure delivery and accountability.

Navigating the position: Supply Chain Transformation Senior Manager

The Supply Chain Transformation Senior Manager will be accountable for improving current warehouse and supply chain performance, developing and recommending the future warehouse strategy, and supporting warehouse-related ERP requirements. The role will provide ongoing ownership of the end-to-end order, warehouse, inventory, dispatch, fulfilment, and invoicing-alignment processes, ensuring they are efficient, well controlled, scalable, and aligned to customer, commercial, and operational needs.

The individual will work cross-functionally, including the local warehouse stakeholders, and external logistics partners to improve current ways of working, define clear requirements for future systems and processes, and provide structured recommendations, business cases, roadmaps, and decision materials for senior

• Please note this is a hybrid role and will be based in either our London office or Enfield for the Warehouse 2/3 times a week**
