Michael Page is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning, procurement, inventory, logistics and customer delivery within a complex manufacturing environment on the South Coast. You will drive improvements, lead a high-performing team and support a major ERP implementation.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, KPI governance and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experienced supply chain leader with a proven track record of delivering operational improvements in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong planning, inventory and supply chain optimisation expertise.
• Exposure to procurement and supplier management activities.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering or process-led business.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience driving change and continuous improvement programmes.
• Data-led approach to decision making and performance management.
• Experience developing and coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• ERP implementation or systems change experience would be advantageous.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end supply chain function, leading planning, procurement, inventory, logistics and customer delivery activities within a complex manufacturing environment.
