Job Title: Supply Chain Team Manager

Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester (Office-based with flexible hours)

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate)

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Guide and inspire the purchasing and sales order processing teams. Conduct performance reviews and support professional development. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Order Processing & Operations: Oversee sales order processing from receipt to fulfilment. Ensure accuracy in order entry and proactive communication with customers.
• Export & Logistics: Manage export processes and documentation. Liaise with freight forwarders and handle carrier negotiations.
• Customer Service & Support: Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Process Improvement & Analytics: Identify areas for enhancement and lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Proven experience in supply chain, order processing, or export operations
• Team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of export operations
• Comfortable working with ERP systems (Syspro highly desirable)
• Team-oriented with a practical approach

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Background in parts/spare parts
• Spanish language skills (not a requirement)
