Talent Drive is seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Team Leader to join a growing UK business based in Poole. You will lead daily team activities, manage ordering and import planning, and oversee supplier relationships to ensure stock availability in line with business requirements.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and offers clear career progression towards a Supply Chain Manager position as you gain experience and take on broader responsibilities.

Formación

• Proven experience in a supply chain, imports or stock control environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing suppliers at an operational level.
• Experience monitoring order progress and resolving delivery or supply issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise day‑to‑day activities of the supply chain team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prioritise workloads across the team to meet business requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings and performance reviews to support development.
