Are you a procurement professional ready to take the lead? We're looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader to join our expanding team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across procurement, planning, and stores.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team, manage supplier relationships, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of materials that are critical to our production success. This hands-on role offers the perfect blend of leadership and strategic impact – ideal for someone ready to step up and take ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead day-to-day procurement operations, supporting the wider supply chain team
Take charge of supplier performance and orderbook accuracy
Manage key suppliers across the full procurement lifecycle
Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, resolving performance issues proactively
Be the go-to for operational escalations within the procurement team
Attend production meetings to align supply chain with manufacturing goals
Coach and support your team to maximise efficiency and capability
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and improve supply chain processes
Step in to support the team during busy periods or holidays to ensure continuity
