This is your chance to join a collaborative, close-knit team where no two days are the same, and development is on the menu.

What you'll be doing:

  • Liaising with suppliers, 3PL warehouses, and customers
  • Reconciling internal stock systems with third parties
  • Updating planning sheets, tracking forecasts, stock levels, and packaging
  • Processing sales data, updating EPOS reports, and supporting promotional activity
  • Supporting wider team activity and providing cover when needed

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a methodical, detail-focused approach
  • Is comfortable with Excel and Outlook (Business Central experience a bonus!)
  • Can work independently and as part of a small team
  • Has a great attitude, confident communication skills, thrives under pressure, and knows when to question things

Why you'll love it here:

  • This company truly values its people, and it shows in their generous and inclusive benefits:
  • Private Medical Insurance (including pre-existing conditions) + cash plan
  • Cover for children under 18 (on cash plan), option to add family to PMI
  • Pension: 5% employer contribution
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays - rising to 30 with long service
  • Day off for your birthday if it falls on a working day
  • Pirkx Perks Portal - cashback, GP access, gym discounts & more
  • Life Assurance - 3x salary
  • Income Protection - up to 75% salary if long-term illness occurs
