We're supporting a world-leading Retail Brand as they launch on a new Online Marketplace - a major, confidential new growth channel. They're building a dedicated team in their London hub and are looking for new Supply Chain Specialist to join on a 6-12 month FTC/day-rate contract.

You'll be hands-on with order management, helping get operations up and running during this high-profile launch. It's a chance to join a fast-moving, collaborative team where things are evolving daily - perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing and support wider EMEA operations.

  • Oversee manual order entry, fulfilment, and issue resolution.

  • Liaise with warehouses, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply flow.

  • Support reporting and performance tracking of the launch programme.

  • Assist with process improvements and operational scaling as the rollout expands across brands.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics coordination, supply chain reporting analytics and data administration.

  • Comfortable with hands-on, detail-oriented work in a fast-changing environment.

  • Experience with, E-commerce, or FMCG desirable.

  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
