Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, the Supply Chain Security Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Visy's supply chain security program to protect against threats, vulnerabilities, and disruptions across our global supply chain network.

What you'll do :

1. Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain security strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Design and maintain security protocols for supplier onboarding, monitoring, and periodic reviews.
3. Create and manage incident response plans specific to supply chain disruptions and security breaches.
4. Liaise with suppliers to gather information, monitor compliance, and establish security risk profiles.
5. Undertake supplier assessments to validate control status before services are provided to Visy.
6. Maintain an up-to-date record of all suppliers that access, store, process, and provide critical services.
7. Provide high-quality reports with actionable recommendations for senior business owners.
8. Support the security leadership team in responding to supplier security incidents.

What you will bring :

1. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred.
2. Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering supply chain security programs.
3. Strong ability to manage and report on multiple initiatives, prioritizing efforts effectively.
4. Problem-solving and analytical skills with experience in risk metrics reporting.
5. Natural affinity for documentation creation and maintenance.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business language.
7. Demonstrated ability to influence security outcomes while balancing commercial requirements.
8. Passion for security as a business enabler in a fast-paced environment.
9. Flexible approach to working, including across multiple sites.
