Job description

Who we are:

Noli is the future of Beauty Tech! Backed by L'Oréal, we launched in 2024 with a BIG mission: to solve the ultimate beauty dilemma — helping users find the perfect products for their unique needs. Based in the heart of London (Holborn), we’re a dynamic, fast-growing startup reshaping the online beauty experience. At Noli, we embrace a vibrant culture where ambition, curiosity, and innovation are at the core of everything we do. Our mission is bold, our team is fearless, and we’re just getting started.

What you’ll be doing:

As the S&OP Lead at Noli, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring we scale our operations efficiently to meet the ambitious growth targets of the next 18 months. You will be a key player in preparing our processes and systems to handle the 20x growth we expect, while maintaining our high standards for stock availability, demand planning, and supplier relationships. Your role will ensure that we meet market demand without excess inventory or shortages. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to keep everything running smoothly.

This is the perfect role for someone with supply chain expertise and a strategic mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll get the opportunity to shape processes from the ground up as we move towards larger-scale operations.

At Noli, we prioritise skills, experience, and a drive to succeed over traditional seniority markers. If you're a self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset, always striving to improve results and build something exceptional, this is the opportunity for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the S&OP process: Lead and optimise the end-to-end sales and operations planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment on demand, forecasts, and inventory management.
  • Forecasting & Demand Planning: Build accurate demand forecasts, ensuring stock levels meet the rapid growth targets while minimising stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Supplier & Vendor Relationships: Work with suppliers to ensure stock availability, smooth processes, and optimal performance.
  • Replenishment Network: Build out the processes and network to onboard new suppliers, ensuring scalability in inventory management.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing lead times.
  • Collaborate across departments: Work with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient demand-supply alignment.

What Our Ideal Hire Looks Like:

  • Location: Must be based in London - Hybrid 3+ days in office.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing, or demand planning, preferably within a D2C eCommerce or retail environment.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimise supply chain processes.
  • Problem Solver: You thrive in environments that require flexibility and creative solutions to operational challenges.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with teams to ensure alignment and success across departments.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in negotiating with suppliers and building long-term relationships.
