Your Role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking passionate Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Consultants to join our expanding team. You will work across the full system lifecycle, from early concept design to in-service support, delivering innovative solutions in aerospace, defence, or energy sectors. You will utilize the latest tools, frameworks, and technologies, including our proprietary REVEAL Requirements Engineering Framework, to enhance MBSE practices and deliver impactful results.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting MBSE transformation activities by improving processes, tools, and methodologies across projects.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate MBSE principles effectively.
  • Configuring and utilizing MBSE tools, establishing traceability, and integrating with other engineering tools.
  • Contributing to project delivery and team development by sharing knowledge and supporting junior colleagues.
Your Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • An engineering or related scientific degree, with experience in early-stage systems engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, Rhapsody, Capella) and frameworks such as Magic Grid, Arcadia, or SYSMOD.
  • Proficiency in developing SysML models and applying MBSE in engineering projects.
  • Experience in aerospace, defence, or energy sectors within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements management (e.g., DOORS), system design, validation, and MBSE integration.
  • Familiarity with tools like Matlab/Simulink, UAF, TOGAF, or Archimate; INCOSE certification is a plus.

Candidates must be sole British Nationals or hold equivalent nationalities (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian) and be eligible for SC Clearance. The role requires 5 days on-site with occasional travel.
