This role will be responsible for end to end supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working cross functionally between teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as main point of contact for customer escalations.

  • Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.

Profile

The successful candidate would have:

  • A background in a similar supply chain/ project management role.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills to manage complex projects effectively.
  • The ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

Job Offer

On offer to the candidate:

  • c. 35,000- 40,000 (experience dependent) plus package.
  • Hybrid working - 3 days pw on site in Reading office.
