A leading global FMCG business seeks an experienced project manager with previous exposure across the end-to-end supply chain to lead ambitious projects in supply chain, procurement, and sustainability. The role supports the entire supply chain organization from product development, through commercialization, supply chain management, and sourcing. It is suitable for a project manager who enjoys working on a broad range of projects, values building strong relationships at senior levels, and desires high visibility across the entire supply chain.

  • Ensure on-time execution of supply chain and sourcing projects, focusing on cost optimization, supply continuity, and quality.
  • Drive supply chain optimization initiatives, engaging cross-functionally with manufacturing, product development, planning, procurement, and commercial teams to foster long-term business growth.
  • Utilize data effectively to generate insights supporting business goals and long-term planning.
  • Design and maintain project performance metrics using smart KPI frameworks.
  • Lead initiatives including process improvement, sustainability, and risk management.

Experience required:
