Job Description:

Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

Role Overview:

  • Manage first-time right NPI (New Product Introduction) projects focusing on costs, schedule, and quality.
  • Responsible for design and manufacturing transfers for EC product industrialization activities related to factory & Contract Manufacture.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across supply chain, business units, and program management.
  • Manage business risks associated with Product Industrialization.
  • Ensure early involvement in the design process for seamless product transfers.
  • Optimize supply chain strategies for NPIs and ensure reliable supply (AOS) to customers.
  • Lead design transfer processes (e.g., APQP, Process Validation) and implement process improvements.
  • Build and maintain a diverse, inclusive, and engaged team.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Technical Discipline or equivalent.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in Project Management, especially in NPI & industrial transfers.
  • Proficiency with PMI/PMP methodologies, MS-Project, Agile, and Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of NPI phases, phased releases, and supplier transfers.
  • Understanding of change and lifecycle management fundamentals.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and AI (preferred).
  • Experience managing CapEx and engineering purchases (preferred).
