Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving supplier performance to ensure delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.

  • Building strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure alignment on schedules, quality, and outputs.

  • Monitoring and reporting on supplier performance, escalating issues where required.

  • Leading regular supplier reviews to address risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Acting as a key interface between suppliers, customers, and senior management.

  • Supporting transition and change activities where supplier capabilities or locations evolve.

  • Providing leadership and coaching to internal teams involved in supplier delivery.

The Person

You will ideally have:

  • A degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent experience).

  • Significant project or programme management experience within aerospace or a complex manufacturing environment.

  • A proven track record of managing and driving supplier performance.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working at senior level.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams and external partners.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

  • Hybrid working options.

  • Excellent opportunities for progression within a global organisation.
