Job Description:

The role of Programme Coordinator in Automotive, Supply Chain, Distribution, Operations, Sales, and Process Improvement involves assisting account managers with project and programme management, coordinating activities, and ensuring effective communication.

This role acts as a bridge between sales and operations to manage daily activities, process orders, manage inventory, generate quotes, and support international shipping. It contributes to operational excellence and strategic initiatives, with responsibilities including monitoring performance and supporting the development of a world-class operation.

Qualifications include strong supply chain and project management experience, proficiency in Excel, and preferably experience with PowerPoint and Infor LN ERP system. Effective communication skills and relevant work experience in automotive project management or supply chain roles are essential.

Key competencies include analytical skills, decision-making, effective communication, multi-tasking, organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, customer focus, and knowledge of lean tools and supply chain management.
