A leading company in the aerospace sector is seeking a Supply Chain Programme Manager to oversee sourcing transfer projects for the ST30 engine components. The role involves managing a team, ensuring project quality, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve optimal delivery rates and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong project management background and a passion for driving change and efficiency.

The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) is responsible for defining and executing a program of sourcing transfer projects that support the reactivation of the ST30 engine's components, catering to both Services and new unit requirements.
The SCPM is accountable for fully defining the work breakdown structure, sourcing packages, and supporting programs of work to deliver source change requirements.
The SCPM manages program team members, including other SC Project Managers assigned to the program, dedicated resources, and supporting personnel, to maximize capacity and ensure efficient delivery timescales.
The SCPM acts as the liaison between the A35 Portfolio and key stakeholders, ensuring timely resource management decisions within the AGT functional organizations to meet program deliverables.
The SCPM oversees project managers and related roles in project quality management, risk management, performance reporting, and budgeting, acting as a subject matter expert to uphold high standards of project execution.
The SCPM is responsible for establishing a Change Control Board to approve program changes affecting schedule or budget.
The SCPM reports to the steering committee advisory board, which includes cross-functional executive members and governs the program.
The program scope includes up to 200 components requiring sourcing and qualification over three years, with up to 15 full-time resources. Key commodities involve discs, drums, shafts, casings, blades, vanes, liners, piping, engine controls, and machining, including provisioning of castings and forgings.
The program concludes once the supply chain achieves acceptable delivery rate and quality levels.
A proven track record of delivering complex programs across global sites and diverse products.

Effective communication skills that reflect your personality and align with core leadership principles.
Recognized Project Management Certification.
A relevant Bachelor's degree with sound business or engineering knowledge.
Extensive experience in project management, engineering, or supply chain roles.
Understanding of OEM & Service business processes, process improvement, and performance delivery.
Comprehensive knowledge of aerospace component manufacturing, sourcing, risk management, and program management.
Knowledge of aerospace design and product change control processes.
Ability to engage at all organizational levels and manage change effectively.
Experience working in a matrix organization with both dedicated and non-dedicated resources.
