A leading automation solutions provider in Reading is seeking a Supply Chain/Purchasing Planning Analyst to handle the procurement of goods and services. The role involves data analysis, evaluating supplier proposals, and coordinating with various professionals. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This full-time position offers flexible hours and requires authorization to work in the United States.
Purpose The Supply Chain/Purchasing Planning Analyst will be responsible for the procurement of goods, services, and operations equipment including evaluation of supplier proposals, costs, quality, and performance. The analyst will collect and analyze supply chain data and forecasting information from customers, including recommendations for improvements to boost performance and reduce costs, as well as analyzing financial reports to find discrepancies. Coordinating with other professionals to implement changes and new systems.
