About the Role

As Head of Supply Chain and Systems, you'll oversee the Glasgow Industrial Planning and Procurement functions, drive process governance, and lead manufacturing system implementation, maintenance, and development at our site. Your responsibilities include planning materials and production resources to meet site requirements, coordinating the Glasgow S&OP supply plan, and implementing best practices in MRP 2, while fostering professional development and process improvements.

Experience and Skills

We seek an individual with expert knowledge of MRP2 practices and excellent stakeholder management skills. The candidate should be capable of translating strategic business visions into tangible logistics and supply chain capabilities globally. Experience in supply chain and planning transformation projects is highly desirable, especially in delivering seamless, disruption-free implementations.

Proven experience managing and implementing ERP systems in planning or procurement environments is essential. Support for agile planning in complex industrial projects is a significant asset. Candidates with APICS or equivalent certifications, and a degree in Manufacturing Systems, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Engineering, will be preferred.
