Proficiency in SAP and IT literacy are essential for managing and optimising supply chain processes. Additionally, having strong people management skills is vital for leading and developing your team.
Experience in the FMCG sector is highly valuable, as it provides you with the industry-specific knowledge needed to excel in this role. Familiarity with lean methodologies would be an added benefit, helping you drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
