• Partner with logistics and 3PLs for accurate shipping and delivery.
• Optimise production capacity and labour utilisation.
• Establish forecast accuracy metrics and partner for improvements.

Your Role;

• Lead and manage the monthly S&OP demand planning and forecasting process to enable effective factory scheduling while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with operations and production to ensure demand plan fulfilment aligns with factory capacity.
• Drive robust order management and customer fulfilment processes.
• Manage production planning and scheduling for the solutions factory to meet demand and maintain regional finished goods targets.
• Partner with logistics and 3PLs to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules.
• Optimise production capacity and labour utilisation, reducing inefficiencies and changeovers.
• Establish forecast accuracy metrics and partner with regional and commercial teams to continually improve.
