The Team
Our Supply Chain Management Team supports the world's most recognizable brands to design and implement a future-ready operating model for supply chains that balance cost, speed, and service. We enable business growth through building supply chain resilience and agility, focusing on visibility, orchestration, and settlement, shifting from cost to high-value work that transforms customer experience.

Our goal is to drive innovation and guide our clients' digital supply chain transformation journeys, leveraging innovative technologies such as AI/ML, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to enable decision automation and increased operational efficiency.

We are a global team operating from various locations in Europe, North America, and India. We focus on consulting services around Customer Centricity, Procurement Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Smart Operations, and Agile Logistics.

The Role

• Lead supply chain planning workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects with autonomy and guidance.
• Act as a functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise.
• Plan, conceive, and implement complex SCM transformation projects over the entire project lifecycle.
• Contribute to business development, including RFI responses, proposal submissions, and presentations.
• Participate in practice development, including service offerings, training, and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation experience in roles like Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or SME (or equivalent industry experience).
• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning areas such as Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Control Tower.
• Experience in leading IT consulting projects, preferably with SAP IBP or Kinaxis.
• Background with software vendors like SAP or Kinaxis.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Experience in planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM transformation projects.
• Proven ability to evaluate existing supply chain processes and identify improvement areas using SAP IBP or Kinaxis.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, CPG, or Life Sciences is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language (e.g., German, French) is a plus.
• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Experience in data gathering, validation, synthesis, documentation, and communication for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments.
• Certification in SAP IBP or Kinaxis is a plus.
• Familiarity with other supply chain management software.
