About the role
The Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence Lead is a new leadership opportunity in our recently formed Supply Chain Planning Centre of Excellence ( CoE ) organization that will foster innovation and explor e new technologies . In this role, you will lead an organization with the focus on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and End-to-End (E2E) Planning across Haleon . You will be the subject matter expert and leverage your expertise on a global scale and influencing senior management .

Your leadership in Supply Chain Planning, Data, and IBP adoption will make you a key architect to what success looks like. This position is based in London, United Kingdom and reports to the E2E Planning Excellence Head .
Key Responsibilities
Planning Excellence
Transform our Supply Chain planning processes and capabilities, including skills and solutions. You bring leadership, depth and breadth operational expertise , regional insights and process experience that are essential to shaping a COE model that truly serves and scales .
Define key priorities, set performance targets and KPIs , and est ablish a comprehensive framework for enhancing effectiveness across the entire end-to-end supply chain planning organization.
Foster a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset to ensure ongoing evolution and alignment with organizational goals.
Own and audit E2E Planning Self-Assessment Guidelines, periodically reviewing planning organizations against them , while ensuring 100% compliance.
Partner with key stakeholders in the function and across regional finance and commercial teams to a rchitect best practices and capabilities to effect change at a leadership level .
Drive break-through improvements based on established sound fundamental processes.
Oversee the global planning transformation roadmap and ensure local adoption to global standards.
Bring the outside best industry practices to the Supply Chain Planning organization. Prioritize use cases to grow the business together cross functional teams.
Talent Development
Lead and inspire a team of 10 E2E supply chain planning global process owner s .
Boost talent strategy for CoE and planning service centres .
Lead change management and capability development programs.
Design the Planning Academy and onboarding training plans.
Qualifications and skills
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree, majoring in business or engineering as well as a certification in supply chain is desired .
10 years of experience in managing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) practices successfully .
Thought Leadership: Demonstrated ability to use strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making on a global scale influencing senior management.
People Leadership: Proven capacity to inspire and manage high-performing teams effectively while building a knowledge sharing culture.
E2E Planning Mastery: Thorough understanding of end-to-end planning, lean principles, and their financial implications.
Process Excellence: Ability to maintain industry-leading standards and implement best practices for operational efficiency through new technology solutions.
Capability Development: Track record of building and scaling training programs to enhance team capabilities.
