Job summary

Access Talent Group is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support both retail and online channels within a world-renowned brand. You will optimise inventory, improve supply chain efficiency, and ensure seamless operations across multiple sales platforms.

Your role requires strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives in a hybrid retail and online environment.

Qualifications

  • Supply Chain, Demand Planning and forecasting experience within a retail, FMCG business.
  • Knowledge of advanced planning techniques, S&OP, capacity planning etc.
  • Experience working for Consumer technology retailer.
  • Merchandising experience within retail.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast demand for retail and online channels across all divisions.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts aligned with strategies and seasonal trends.
  • Monitor inventory levels across retail stores and online platforms to minimise stockouts and overstock.
  • Implement inventory optimization strategies to improve turnover and reduce aged inventory.
  • Conduct full lifecycle inventory management.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and distribution centres to streamline procurement and fulfilment.
  • Analyse lead times, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to enhance reliability.
  • Use data analytics tools to generate reports on supply chain performance metrics.
  • Provide insights to improve decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
  • Track KPIs related to supply chain efficiency (order fulfilment, inventory accuracy).
  • Future report management and sales planning up to 6 months ahead for relevant lines.

As the Supply Chain Planning Analyst you will join one of the best known and admired brands in the world to support both the retail and online channels. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, improving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple sales platforms.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives in a hybrid retail and online environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Demand Planning:o Analyse historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand for both retail and online channels across all MX & CE divisions.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts that align with business strategies and seasonal trends.o Collaborate with sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams to refine forecasts and ensure accuracy.
  • Inventory Management:o Monitor inventory levels across retail stores and online platforms to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Implement inventory optimization strategies to improve turnover rates and reduce aged inventory.o Ensure accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Full lifecycle inventory management.
  • Supply Chain Optimization:o Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose actionable solutions for both retail and online operations.
  • Work with suppliers, logistics partners, and distribution centres to streamline procurement and fulfilment processes.
  • Analyse lead times, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to enhance supply chain reliability.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:o Use data analytics tools to generate reports on supply chain performance metrics for both channels.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve decision‑making at all levels of the organization.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, such as order fulfilment rates and inventory accuracy.o Future report management sales planning up to 6 months into the future for Shilheng and in month Sokbo month end estimations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, logistics, retail operations, and e-commerce.

  • Knowledge of advanced planning techniques, S&OP, capacity planning etc

Hours of work: 37.5 hour week.

  • Discretionary performance based bonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performance
