Role: Supply Chain Planner - US Retail

Reporting to: Head of Operations Planning

Location: THG HQ, Manchester (WA15 0AF), Fully Office-Based. We welcome applications from candidates interested in flexible hours to accommodate US time zones (e.g., 10am-6pm).

Responsibilities

• Maximize product availability and sales in the US retail sector.
• Coordinate forecasts with supply and production teams, addressing challenges collaboratively.
• Support order processing and fulfillment with sales teams.
• Analyze forecast adherence and work with partners to improve accuracy.
• Manage new product launches from concept to delivery through cross-department collaboration.
• Identify and implement supply chain improvements to boost efficiency.
• Lead projects to enhance the US retail and B2B supply chain.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel; SQL is a plus.
• Experience in supply chain, B2B, or commercial operations.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of global supply chain trends is advantageous.
