Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Group Supply Chain Planner to join a dynamic, growing SME with an international footprint. The role involves managing global supply chain operations, driving change, and supporting a supply chain transformation.

Role Summary:

This role offers an opportunity to influence supply chain processes within a growing international SME, acting as a key link between global commercial teams and the supply chain hub in Asia, facilitating alignment and performance improvement.

Responsibilities include strengthening end-to-end supply chain processes, supporting ERP implementation, and enabling scalable working practices.

Key Focus Areas:

• Lead demand, supply, and inventory planning
• Implement forecasting and inventory processes (MTS & MTO)
• Collaborate across commercial, supply, finance, and innovation teams
• Support new product launches and lifecycle transitions
• Enhance planning systems, data integrity, and reporting
• Identify risks and propose solutions

Candidate Profile:

3-5 years in supply chain/demand/inventory planning, preferably in FMCG or similar fast-paced environments. Experience with international supply chains, CMOs, and freight is desirable. Strong collaboration, analytical skills, ERP experience, and stakeholder influence are key qualities.
