Be the Driver of Change — Not Just a Cog in the Machine

Are you ready to take the reins of a critical supply chain role where your decisions shape operations, drive efficiency, and influence real business outcomes?

This is not a back-office planning role. This is your chance to make things happen in a growing business - with all the opportunity that brings, minus the red tape.

The Supply Chain Planner will join a company that’s ambitious, collaborative, and proudly employee owned.

Why This Role? Why Now?

This is a newly created Procurement and Supply Chain position, giving you the chance to shape it from the ground up. You’ll own end-to-end planning across materials, production, and logistics — and become the go-to expert for their ERP system.

If you're sharp, data-savvy, proactive Supply Chain Planner and thrive in fast-paced environments - we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own, maintain and optimise the ERP/MRP system

  • Create production plans and schedules in line with customer demand

  • Monitor and manage stock levels for raw materials and finished goods

  • Turn MRP messages into smart purchasing and production decisions

  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and commercial teams

  • Tackle shelf life, overstock and obsolescence risks with data-led insight

  • Set up and manage system data — BOMs, Routings, Parameters

  • Drive lean improvements and support CI initiatives

  • Lead supply planning for NPD and product phase-outs

  • Keep everyone aligned — customers, stakeholders, and your team

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience in a supply chain, planning or inventory role

  • Strong ERP/MRP knowledge

  • Solid Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, analysis)

  • Analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent communicator with suppliers, customers, and your team

  • A self-starter with a “get stuff done” attitude

What You’ll Get

  • £35,000 salary

  • Career development in a values based, team focussed agile business

  • True influence in a business that values your voice

  • 100% employee-owned company = you share in the success

  • A fast-moving, collaborative, and rewarding work environment
