Supply Chain Planner - Brand new role

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2 days WFH)

My Client

My client is a fast-growing B-Corp food business making waves in the industry with its high-quality, ethically sourced products. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to help optimise inventory, improve efficiency, and support their growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll be responsible for demand forecasting, stock management, and supply chain coordination. You’ll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast demand to ensure the right stock levels are maintained
  • Manage inventory across different systems, preventing shortages or excess stock
  • Work with suppliers & logistics partners to keep deliveries on track
  • Analyse data & trends to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support new product launches by ensuring supply chain readiness

What You’ll Need:

️ 2+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations

️ Strong analytical skills & proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

️ Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems & forecasting models

️ Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

️ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
