Contract Details: Temporary (until 30th June 2025)

Responsibilities:

Monthly Planning Cycle:
  1. Execute forecasting, prepositioning, and engineering BOM management.
  2. Engage with ITIM and conduct inventory analytics.
  3. Manage tap boxes, critical environments, ZTN, Corpnet, telecom fibre, and telecom fitout requirements.
Business Operations:
  1. Track issues and opportunities related to OKR/KPI’s.
  2. Facilitate production meetings with stakeholders to monitor plan execution and impacts.
  3. Create and publish production planning reports.
  4. Conduct analytics to ensure security of supply.
  5. Perform manual data entry to maintain inventory status.
  6. Utilise manufacturing best practices for effective supplier collaboration.
  7. Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain management.
  • Intermediate programming skills, especially in Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and inventory management.
  • Prior exposure to Data Centres is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and collaborate across teams.
  • Adaptability to changing business priorities.
