Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Reports To: Senior Manager, Buying & Merchandising

Working Hours: Normal office hours are 09:30 to 17:30, Monday – Thursday, 09:30 to 17:00 Friday

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for managing the global movements of stock, organizing shipments from factories to clients, and maintaining relationships with logistics partners to ensure competitive pricing and high service levels.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage international shipments: create accurate quotations, offer clients options, coordinate shipments, and troubleshoot issues.
  2. Build strong relationships with logistics partners and conduct regular service level meetings.
  3. Oversee domestic client deliveries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery within SLAs.
  4. Create stock allocations for clients to optimize stock packages.
  5. Generate stock reports and update shipment trackers for stakeholders.
  6. Maintain accurate logistics budgeting, reconcile costs, and address variances.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and data-driven.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in stock management roles.
  • Experience in global and domestic logistics.
  • Supplier management experience is preferred.
