This just in – an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Lisa Eldridge. We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Supply Chain Planner to join our fast-growing and fast-paced team.

The Supply Chain Planner is a supporting role responsible for implementing production plans for finished goods for both NPD and restocks. Working closely with Product Development, Operations, and Fulfillment, you will help manage the procurement cycle to ensure orders are processed promptly. You will oversee purchasing and stock control of products and packaging, manage projects involving free-issue components for NPD, and coordinate replenishment orders of existing SKUs.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with strategic partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage supply planning forecasts in collaboration with the Operations & NPD teams.
2. Manage component inventory directly with suppliers, working with the Operations and Fulfillment Manager to reconcile reports.
3. Create and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers after internal approval.
4. Manage and reconcile the PO tracker.
5. Track orders from production to delivery, ensuring timely execution.
6. Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to adhere to project timelines.
7. Share best practices and collaborate with your team to improve efficiency.
8. Address or escalate supply issues promptly, aiming for continuous supply chain improvement.

Requirements and Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supply chain experience, preferably within the beauty or similar FMCG categories.
• Experience in production planning and scheduling is desirable.
• Proficiency in creating Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
