What would you do as our Supply Chain Planner

As our Supply Chain Planner, you will lead the effective management of inventory across the Mila supply chain, with a strong focus on reducing gross and net stock levels while maintaining a 98.5%+ OTIF service level. Your work will directly impact our ability to drive ROCE and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You would also:

  • Oversee stock levels and forecasting to meet availability and inventory KPI targets.
  • Lead planning and forecasting activities across assigned supply chains, maintaining accurate system data and market forecasting.
  • Manage purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and coordinate forecast changes with suppliers and customers.
  • Utilise exception reporting to drive performance improvements and optimise stock metrics.
  • Handle operational issues such as invoice discrepancies, credits, returns, and inventory investment recommendations.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong foundation in supply chain management with experience in handling global trading.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment requiring time-critical execution.
  • Is skilled in managing complex systems and high-SKU inventory, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Is well-versed in product lifecycle events, including promotions and changeovers, with a practical understanding of modern supply chain practices.
  • Has exposure to manufacturing environments and can add value to end-to-end supply chain coordination.
